What is
Not Included.
Non-standard installation costs
Some homes might need additional installation work depending on the property layout, cable route, estate requirements or distance from the nearest fibre access point. If any extra work is needed, the technician will confirm costs before proceeding. No surprise bills here!
Premium router upgrades
The included router works for most homes comfortably, but premium mesh systems, gaming routers or advanced Wi-Fi upgrades are not included in standard package pricing.
Cancellation fees
Month-to-month packages do not lock you into a long-term contract, but if your package included a promo benefit, installation or activation costs covered upfront, or equipment at reduced or no upfront cost, an early cancellation fee may apply if you cancel within your first 12 months. Cancellations require one full calendar month’s written notice. For the latest cancellation terms, fees and notice requirements, please check our full Terms & Conditions.

Provider and network key information.
What's the Difference Between a FNO and an ISP?
An FNO (Fibre Network Operator) owns and maintains the physical fibre lines running to your area and home. An ISP (Internet Service Provider - that's us!) delivers the actual internet service over that network.
Openserve and Vumatel are FNOs, while Infini-fi as the ISP provides your fibre package, support, and internet connection. Infini-fi offers fibre packages on both the Openserve and Vumatel networks. The network options available to you depend on whether either provider has fibre infrastructure at your address. Package pricing, speed options, and promotions can differ between the two.

Are uncapped fibre deals really uncapped? +

Which deal has free installation? +
All eligible Infini-fi fibre deals include free standard installation and activation, along with a free-to-use Wi-Fi router. Installation availability may vary depending on your area and network provider. If non-standard installation work is required, such as extra cabling or trenching, additional costs may apply.
Why is upload speed important? +
Upload speed affects how smoothly you can send information from your home to the internet. While download speed handles streaming and browsing, upload speed becomes important for activities like video calls, remote work, cloud backups, live streaming, posting videos, and online gaming voice chat.
Which fibre deal is best for a family? +
The best fibre deal for a family depends on how many people, devices, and streaming or gaming activities are happening in the household at the same time. Infini-fi offers different uncapped and unshaped fibre packages designed for family streaming, remote work, online learning, gaming, and everyday browsing without buffering or slowdowns.
What is included in an Infini-fi fibre deal? +
Infini-fi fibre deals include uncapped fibre internet, a free-to-use Wi-Fi router, and free standard installation and activation on eligible packages. Enjoy fast, reliable internet connectivity for streaming, gaming, remote work, and everyday browsing without limits.
Do Infini-fi fibre deals include a free router? +
Yes. Infini-fi fibre packages include a free-to-use Wi-Fi router that supports your selected fibre speed. If you need advanced equipment such as a gaming router or mesh Wi-Fi system for larger homes, additional upgrade costs may apply.
Can I get fibre on a month-to-month contract? +
Infini-fi offers month-to-month fibre packages, giving you flexibility without long-term lock-ins. One full calendar month’s notice is needed if you decide to cancel your service.
How do I choose the right fibre speed for my home? +
Choosing the right fibre speed for your home starts with figuring out how many people and devices will usually be connected. Infini-fi’s Line Speed Calculator can help you find the best fibre package for your household, internet usage, and lifestyle.
Which fibre speed is best for gaming? +
Gaming needs stable latency, good upload speed, and strong Wi-Fi. A 50/50 Mbps or higher package gives better upload balance than an entry asymmetrical package. You can also use an Ethernet cable for the best gaming setup where possible.
Which fibre deal is best for working from home? +
For the Remote Professional, Infini-fi’s 50/50 Mbps fibre deal is designed for stable video calls, fast uploads, cloud-based work, and reliable day-to-day remote connectivity. With uncapped fibre internet, it is ideal for households that rely on consistent work-from-home performance.
How long does fibre installation take? +
Standard Infini-fi fibre installations are typically completed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your area, network provider, and whether your property already has fibre infrastructure installed. Non-standard installation work and areas outside key metros may take longer.
Can I upgrade or cancel my fibre package later? +
Infini-fi lets you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your fibre package later if your internet needs change. One full calendar month’s notice is required for any changes to your fibre package or cancellations.
Why Do Prices Differ Between Vumatel and Openserve? +
Fibre package pricing can differ between networks because each FNO has its own infrastructure, coverage footprint, and pricing structure. That’s why the same speed package may have different prices on Vumatel and Openserve.
