Terms & Conditions – Black Friday Deal

1. Promotion Overview

This Black Friday Deal (“Deal”) offers customers access to the following promotional packages:

The promotional price for each package is locked for 12 months for qualifying customers.

2. Eligibility

This Deal is available exclusively to the first 1,000 customers who sign up during the promotional period.
Eligible customers include:
- New customers signing up for SADV services.
- Existing customers upgrading their current service plans.

3. Price Lock

The promotional price will remain fixed for 12 months from the service activation date.
No price increases will apply during this period, provided that the customer complies with all Deal terms and conditions.

4. Order Churn Rule

Customers may not cancel, downgrade, or terminate their order or service within 60 days of activation.
Breaching the 60-day churn rule will void the price lock, and standard pricing will apply thereafter.

5. Limited Availability

This Deal is limited to the first 1,000 qualifying customers, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the limit of 1,000 customers is reached, the Deal will no longer be available.

6. General Conditions

This Deal is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
All promotions are subject to availability and at the discretion of SADV.
SADV reserves the right to amend or terminate the Deal at any time without prior notice.
